wanna share my story when I was on duty at Ritz Carlton Hotel at Kuningan,
South Jakarta for 4D3N in early November 2021. Enjoy!
I got a superior room on 18th floor. The room is furnished with warm colours and classic design. This room relatively has common facilities like a mini bar, bathtub and toiletries, laundry pack, working desk, sofa, tv, etc. The special thing is this room is so big for 1 or 2 guests I think. This room also provides 2 comfort sofas so if the guest more than 2, these sofas can be used as extra beds. By the way, thanks to my husband for accompanying me (I hope he always works from home, hehe), cause I feel weird in this big room alone.

The bathroom is quite large with a bathtub and a shower. This bathroom has connecting door with the bedroom and laundry area. If you bring children, I think they'll be exciting because playing hide and seek in this room which has many places to hide. On the other side, mom or dad can indulge in bathing in the bathtub which has view of Jakarta's skyscrapers.

My room includes a minibar package daily and breakfast for 2 guests. Each minibar package consists of 3 drinks like canned drink and juice. For the breakfast, the restaurant is not too big and has standard menu. Because I came on the peak season, I had to book breakfast shedule at night before. Once, I forgot to book the schedule and the consequence is when I came to the restaurant, I had to wait for the next session because the restaurant capacity is full at that moment. The breakfast schedule is divided into 3 slots, the first session at 7 am - 8 am, the second session at 8 am - 9 am and the last session at 9 am - 10 am. We can book the schedule by scanning QR code at the desk beside the bed.
Neither I nor my husband didn't use the amenities such as the swimming pool and gym because of our busy schedule. But, we could see the swimming pool from our room (sorry, I forget to take a picture). The swimming pool looks not too big but children friendly I think because every time I saw the pool, it is always full of children.
Overall, staying in this hotel is a good place to find serenity in the midst of hustle and bustle of Jakarta. Sadly, I stayed on the peak season, so the hotel amenities were little crowded especially the restaurant. So, I don't recommend this hotel in the peak season.
