This time I wanna share my experience while I stayed at Pullman Thamrin CBD Jakarta, one of 5-star hotels in the middle of hustle and bustle Jakarta. I stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights in early November 2021 due to my office assignment. This hotel is located at Jl M.H Thamrin No. 59 Central Jakarta. What makes it extra special is this hotel’s location so close to Bundaran Hotel Indonesia (HI) or well known as Selamat Datang Monument, the iconic monument in Jakarta. It is so close until I could see Bundaran HI from my room. Don’t worry about the transportation, because of its strategic location there are some public transportations around this hotel such as busway, MRT and online transportation (Gojek and Grab).

I got a superior room, the smallest room provides in this hotel. It has standard facilities but complete enough, although the size is quite small especially for the family with children. For me and my husband, this room is enough because just two of us. The room is modernly furnished with stunning view of Bundaran HI. I could see the beauty of Jakarta’s bustle, especially the sparkling skyscrapers in the night.

My room includes breakfast for 2 guests at Sana Sini Restaurant. I
heard before if this hotel has one of the best restaurants and I prove it. The
restaurant has complete menus such as traditional Indonesian, Chinese, Japanese,
Western food, etc. Moreover, the menus are changed every day. For lunch, the
menus are more appetizing. The guests could enjoy salmon sashimi and gelato as much as they want. It’s really recommended!

The Art Gallery
Around the meeting room area, there is an art gallery that refresh
the guests after the meeting. Unfortunately, I don’t really know about art so I couldn’t
tell more about the art display. Hehehe.

The swimming pool has skyscrapers view. I didn’t use this facility,
but my husband did it. My husband said the pool is quite deep (around 155 m)
with dark blue water. My husband likes that pool but for the children, it has
small space.
